[TZ] Curious about 3 phase power

The 240V 20A socket looks the same, but is larger enough that a 120V 
plug won't fit.  And I've seen some 120V sockets that are ground - up 
just today, so - yeah.  A DVM, or even the trusty Simpson 260...  or 
that $4.95 VOM from Radio Shack...
