[TZ] Curious about 3 phase power

If it's a 120 volt circuit and the air conditioner doesn't run, that doesn't
explain the "br" reading on the its front panel, nor the presence of a small
lit green led on what I think is a GFCI on the plug at the socket.

One of those odd times when having a DVM would have been handy.

It would appear to be a 120 Volt 20 Ampere circuit.
