[TZ] LNBs (and other stuff) voltage

He replies:

1. I have no easy way to measure current to an operating LNB. 

2. YES, the supply regulator clamped down because the LNB was drawing excessive current. I know that, because we inserted one of those satellite tuning meters in the line & the illuminated dial went out after a few minutes [and so did our reception].

3. It wasn't so much "Suddenly." it took at least 3/4 of an hour for us to get the replacement supply installed. Plenty of time for the LNB to cool off.

4. I don't think they are made in China. But who knows?
