[TZ] LNBs (and other stuff) voltage

AHEM.....

Since the light went out in the in line meter, that indicates a power 
supply fault, not an LNB fault. Start looking at the other end of the 
cable first.

That's not to say that you may not have had something shorting to cause 
the power supply to shut down, but it sure sounds like you are barking 
up the wrong tree.
