WFXL-TV, Albany, GA vs Army Helicopter

The first tower, owned by WFXL-TV in Albany, had been leaning since it was damaged Thursday by a U.S. Army helicopter en route from Hunter Army Airfield, near Savannah, to Fort Rucker near Dothan, Ala.

The crash, in rural Colquitt County, killed four soldiers and injured a fifth.

The Fort Stewart soldiers were on a routine training flight when their MH-47 Chinook helicopter clipped a wire on the tower, according to military officials.
