Sintronic, later Singer Electronics

Lionville, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ

Arthur Singer's Singer Product Company (SPC) bought Visual Electronics, renaming the transmitters "Sintronic" in 1974. A new company, Singer Broadcast Products (SBP), was the commercial entity to sell the transmitters.

Around 1980, SBP or SPC acquired the CCA assets (including CCA transmitters) and started manufacturing both lines in the old CCA Cherry Hill plant. The assets were then sold to Ron Baker around 1982.
